"I started strength training with Joanna two years ago. As luck would have it, the last two years have been among the most challenging for me personally. In a stressful time, training with Joanna was a reprieve and something I looked forward to doing, even when I didn’t feel like working out. I always felt uplifted after my workout. In addition to the physical workout, Joanna is a reassuring voice and patient listener. We laugh every session and after each session, I feel stronger physically and boosted mentally. Joanna is able to create workouts to address the areas you want to focus on and is able to do this within any physical restrictions you may have. I have osteoporosis and Joanna has been able to create
a workout that is fun, challenging and safe for me. I can feel a difference in how I look and importantly, how I feel. Joanna is consistently teaching, but never preachy. She makes a point of checking in to see how I feel about the workouts to make sure that I am getting what I want out of them and remain motivated. She is 100% client focused and creates a supportive, encouraging environment that makes you feel good about your achievements and at the same time makes you push further to do more.
