I use a simple portion-based approach that teaches balanced meals without obsessing.
Sometimes we temporarily focus on protein if hunger, recovery, or cravings suggest it would help. Not forever. Not obsessively. Just strategically.
We use structure when it’s helpful — and remove it when it’s not.
Weight loss matters — and it’s often why you’re here.
But clients also come to:
