Hi! I'm Joanna Lopez or Coach JoLo

Your 54-year old Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, menopausal woman, mom of 2 teens & grandma of 2 pets

I started Get Fit with JoLo to make fitness, nutrition and safe weight loss simple, sustainable and enjoyable. My mission? To guide you in crafting a strong, healthy body through habits that leave you feeling fulfilled in every aspect of life. Picture this: a nourished body and mind that don't crave the wrong things incessantly, even if you're peri-menopausal or menopausal.

With 20 years experience and top-notch education in fitness, weight management nutrition, stress management and behavioural psychology, I'm here to provide you with science-backed strategies. Plus, I'm all about empowerment through education and fostering self-compassion. Why? Because knowledge is power, and compassion? Well, it always wins, doesn't it?
