When my youngest was 4, I was finally ready to lose the 15 lbs I still carried after my 2nd pregnancy. The first thing I started to do was exercise regularly: work out 3 times a week, walking and biking. I felt amazing but I didn’t lose any weight. It took changing some lifestyle habits, my relationship with food, and my mindset, to finally lose all the weight(and keep it off for over 10 years). It wasn’t easy at first(because I had daily sweet cravings I had to learn to control!), but I would say it’s easy to keep off now because my daily habits are now part of me, without me having to put 10 reminders in my calendar!
Exercise is obviously part of the weight management puzzle, but it may not be what you should start doing first. Through trial and error and being my own case study, completing a Fitness and Precision Nutrition certification(all scientifically proven based learning) and working with hundreds of women in 20 years, I just know, in my heart of hearts, that I can help any woman follow the habits that I follow in order to be their best fit self. During this call, we will deep dive into your goals, discuss your expectations, pull out what your mindset blocks and challenges are, and what you think needs to change. I want to know what your ideal life looks like, and what would be a win after 12 weeks together.
Weekly 1:1 Accountability Coaching Calls
30 minute calls for coaching, support, feedback, and accountability. We will review and discuss wins and challenges for the week. This is where I will hold you accountable and make sure nothing stands in your way of achieving your goals.
Custom Action Missions
Delivered one week at a time via email of what you need to do each week based on your goals.
Personalized Movement Plan
Based on your goals and your busy schedule, we will come up with a movement plan that works for you. This includes both the right strength training workout for toning and ways to increase daily steps.
This is not a strict diet. Based on your food preferences, I'll make recommendations of what to eat at each meal and provide recipes as requested.
